We had an especially wonderful Thanksgiving this year with our family and friends. After a few scares, we are all thankfully healthy and safe. Below are pictures of the Adult table and our Kids table. Notice the kids are outnumbering the adults now! We had the biggest group ever, 18 for dinner and we went thru 2 turkeys very fast!

Okay, now for the silliness. In our traditional "carving the turkey" picture, did you notice that the Butterball turkey, was upside down? We didn't realize it, since the bird was soooo round all over, that we prepared the turkey on it's breast so that the backside was exposed. When my hubby went to carve, he was stunned that the "Butterball" had NO meat on it. It was all bone! We couldn't figure it out, until my daughter noticed the white meat was on bottom!! Oh my goodness, after years of cooking turkeys, we've Never done that before. I still laugh when I think about our shock to find the usually plentiful Butterball was meatless. I nearly panicked, with 18 to feed. But all went well, the breast was plentiful, once we turned the bird over!!

It's Mills and Boon 100 Year Anniversary and I just found out that Between the Ceo's Sheets has been paired with Michelle Celmer's House Calls.

Two Desires in One and we are on for December 2008 on the Mills and Boon site. If you haven't read these books, you can find the details here!

A Thanksgiving Greeting!

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

It's autumn and we've had a heat wave here in southern CA. The past three days we've hit highs in the 90's. Hardly seems like winter is just around the corner!

It's amazing how quickly time flies. I've been very busy lately working on a new proposal for Desire! And I'm happy to say, there will be a Desire Trilogy coming from me in 2009 titled The Tremaynes. Each story centers around three brothers, three hotels in three very different settings. My cowboy brother will have a story set in Arizona. My corporate brother's story will be set in New Orleans and my playboy brother's story will be set in Hawaii! I'm looking forward to writing the Tremaynes in the upcoming year. Lots of work, but lots of fun too. And I love all those locales - and hope to do "research" trips to Arizona and New Orleans soon. Maybe even Hawaii.

I'm so pleased with my covers lately! November's Western shows the great Sierra Nevadas in the background and my January 2008 cover depicts the my hero and heroine perfectly.
